Birthing Class Response

I don't think either of us felt we got our $60 worth. They could have condensed the class into 5 hours instead of 10... but overall it was worth it. Mostly for Greg who learned about being a good support person (which I will need esp because we won't have family here). I got to hold ice cubes in my hands while practicing breathing techniques and I have to say I did pretty good. I wonder if that's just because I held a lot of snow in my childhood and I'm used to having cold hands... if that is the case, I don't think it will help me in labor.
