Have I mentioned I love my new camera?
I can take closer shots. Still not like macro lens close, but closer than I could do before.
Have I mentioned I love living in South Carolina?
I'm all about walks in January with the sun shining and a t-shirt.
Have I mentioned I love, love, love spending time with our boy?
Especially when he is all smiles and forgetting about those pesky teeth coming in.
Have I mentioned I enjoy procrastinating getting something done by blogging?
Seriously, I took like 10 photos today while on our walk, each a gem. The lighting was perfect. I just had to share this cuteness even if I have a long to-do list... and even though he's got lunch specs on his face.
Have I mentioned before I'm glad you read about our lives and care about us?
I really do appreciate your cyber friendship and your thoughts.
And speaking of... what car seat should we buy next for Eli? What brand/style
do you suggest? Let me know your opinions...because we need to protect
these baby blues from the crazy drivers out there.

Britax constantly has great reviews, but is pricey. Evenflo Triumph is what we got for both. Less than $200. My fav feature, other than the high safety crash ratings, are the knobs on the front of the seat that lets you adjust the straps easily without rethreading them. Great for South Carolina weather when he's wearing a thick coat in the morning and a tshirt in the afternoon. Drawback is that it takes up alot of room and sits up high. But it's a price I'm willing to pay for making sure my kid will be protected from other crazy drivers.
Love, love, love Britax. They do cost significantly more but all 4 of my children are in them. When my son was 2, we were in a wreck that totaled our car. His only injury was a small burn from the carseat straps. We have been very happy with our Britax seats. The straps are easy to adjust and our children sleep well in the seats (We have made many trips from ND to the deep south, so this is important to us).
I'll have to second - or third? - Britax car seats. We have the Britax Marathon for Margo and I really do love it. We got it through a website (http://www.albeebaby.com/britax.html) and got it for under $200 because it was a discontinued cover. You may be able to find a good deal on them if you hunt them down. The new camera just brings out all the Eli cuteness even more - love it! :)
Those teeth!!! So cute...
