What a Great Daddy.

Since Greg posted a photo with Maelee and me, I'm going to post one to honor him today, on Father's Day. Greg was a wonderful daddy while Maelee was in my belly: talking to her, playing her songs, feeding me good food, etc. I am humbled by the love he has for her and how he misses her. He will always be Maelee's daddy.

She is beautiful and yes, he will always be her daddy.

Prayers and hugs to both of you,

Dear Greg and Heather,

One of your Grandpa and Grandma K's closed friends passed away last month (Ray Deimert-they have the beautiful garden in G&G's backyard). I am sending a message his widow gave us with her thanks for the memorial. We loved this and found such comfort...hope you can do the same:

Death is the first day of the week,
the day of resurrection,
the enry into glory.
In death we are guests
at the heavenly wedding banquet
we drink the new wine of gladness.
Death is revelation, resurrection,
homecoming,
the return to paradise.
Death heals, restores answers, renews,
frees.
Death submits to us, not we to death.
For in the humility of our dying
proud death is overcome and we are victorious.
Death is our final acceptance of Love.

What a sweet picture. I prayed for you yesterday on Father's day. I know it must have been a hard day and I know how much you loved Maelee. Continuing to pray for you and Heather.

This is such an incredible photo. I can't imagine how hard it was to hold your little girl on that day. She is absolutely beautiful. You both are amazing people and Maelee would have had no choice but to be amazing, too. You guys are always in my prayers.

So much comes to my mind seeing this photo. I have started, deleted, and restarted a comment. What a wonderful doting daddy. It's so sweet to see a grown man wrapped around the fingers of his little girl.
